No specific dishes are chosen; preferences or sensitivities can be noted at the beginning of the evening. Entry without shoes, as is customary at UMAI. The bar is open from 19:00 to 23:00 (by prior reservation only).
HAJIMARI

KIWAMI

At UMAI's izakaya evenings, the lights are soft, the sake is cold, and the dishes come out one after the other – small, precise, and full of character. Instead of choosing dishes, you simply let the chef put together an izakaya omakase for you – a seasonal sequence of flavors that feels like an evening in Tokyo, right here in Jaffa.
Each guest chooses their level of experience, and we take care of the rest. The pace is set by the kitchen, the atmosphere is light, and alcohol is ordered separately from the bar – sake, Japanese whiskey, highballs, cocktails, and Japanese beers.
